Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Lumen Basin Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Atlanta. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in guest bookings and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on group events. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
