Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Northwind Bridge Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Baltimore. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in customer tickets and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on network equipment. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
