Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Raleigh, NC)

Stonegate Keystone Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Raleigh. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate trends in fare systems and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on accessibility audits. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
