Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Portland, OR)

Silverline North Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Portland. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Portland. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on underwriting files. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
