Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Phoenix, AZ)

Harborlight Meridian Arts Center Group is an arts centre in Phoenix with a full calendar of events, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in visitor services and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on event logistics. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
