Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Philadelphia, PA)

Redstone Pike Auto Group Partners is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for warranty claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 846 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in warranty claims and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on service appointments. • Python or R for analysis.
