Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Philadelphia, PA)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Haven Construction and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in change orders and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on safety records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
