Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Philadelphia, PA)

We are growing our team at Silverline Hollow Transit Planning and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. You would join a small organisation of about 126 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in service alerts and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on survey data. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
