Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Philadelphia, PA)

Northwind Drift Facilities Associates is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for cleaning schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate trends in cleaning schedules and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on contractor visits. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
