Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Thistle Medical and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. You would join a small organisation of about 93 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in regulatory submissions and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on complaint handling. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
