Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Orlando, FL)

Highbridge West Environmental Services Group collects and processes waste and recycling around Orlando, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in service complaints and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on fleet maintenance. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
