Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Bright Birch Telecom and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. You would join a small organisation of about 145 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in service installations and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on network equipment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
