Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Omaha, NE)

Highbridge Lakeside Farms Group supplies farm and food customers across the Omaha region, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in grower contracts and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on packing house output. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
