Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Omaha, NE)

We are growing our team at Nova Granite Financial and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in customer onboarding and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on account servicing. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
