Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Oklahoma City, OK)

Clearpath Vale Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Oklahoma City, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. You would join a small organisation of about 132 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in loan applications and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on payment disputes. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
