Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Oklahoma City, OK)

Silverline Cedar Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Oklahoma City, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in customer tickets and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on network equipment. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
