Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Oklahoma City, OK)

Bright Cedar Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Oklahoma City. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in electronic records and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
