Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Nashville, TN)

Foxglove Sparrow Facilities is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 75 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in work orders and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on safety inspections. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
