Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Nashville, TN)

Harborlight Umber Facilities is a facilities company in Nashville with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in safety inspections and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on cleaning schedules. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
