Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Nashville, TN)

Clearpath Amber Housing manages affordable housing communities across Nashville. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Investigate trends in rent assistance and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on lease compliance. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
