Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Minneapolis, MN)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Thistle Insurance and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Investigate trends in customer complaints and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on catastrophe response. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
