Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Memphis, TN)

Summit Wren Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Memphis region. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in outage response and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on service connections. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
