Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Memphis, TN)

Highbridge Sparrow Arts Center is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for ticketing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate trends in ticketing and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on volunteer programmes. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
