Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Memphis, TN)

Greenridge Cross Inspection Services is an inspection company in Memphis with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in client sites and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on test reports. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
