Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Memphis, TN)

Nova Maple Early Learning Group runs childcare centres in Memphis caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. You would join a small organisation of about 184 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Investigate trends in meal programmes and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
