Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Madison, WI)

Westbrook Union Health Group is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for patient scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in patient scheduling and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on referrals. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
