Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Madison, WI)

Fernwood Kestrel Markets is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for online orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in online orders and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on shrink and waste. • Python or R for analysis.
