Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Madison, WI)

Amberfield Wilder Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Madison, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in customer estimates and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on service appointments. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
