Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Little Rock, AR)

Nova Linden Banking Services is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for card disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in card disputes and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
