Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Las Vegas, NV)

Summit Field Community Partners is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for volunteer shifts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in volunteer shifts and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on donor records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
