Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Kansas City, MO)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Fern Arts Center and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on event logistics. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
