Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Kansas City, MO)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Juniper Hospitality and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in housekeeping schedules and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on guest bookings. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
