Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Kansas City, MO)

Harborlight Beacon Markets Group is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for store inventory, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in store inventory and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on shrink and waste. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
