Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Kansas City, MO)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Wren Arts Center Associates and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on volunteer programmes. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
