Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Jackson, MS)

Rivermark Glen Legal Group is a Jackson practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in billing records and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on intake forms. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
