Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Jackson, MS)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Iron Property Management and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in rent collection and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on vendor invoices. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
