Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Jackson, MS)

Lumen Ashton Health Group is a healthcare provider in Jackson with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Investigate trends in patient scheduling and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on electronic records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
