Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Jackson, MS)

We are growing our team at Redstone Granite Water Authority and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Investigate trends in capital projects and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on treatment plant data. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
