Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Jackson, MS)

Summit Logistics is an agricultural business based around Jackson. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in seasonal crews and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on field records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
