Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Houston, TX)

Bright Wilder Early Learning Group is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for classroom supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in classroom supplies and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on meal programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
