Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Honolulu, HI)

Westbrook Vale Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Honolulu region. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in timekeeping and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on client orders. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
