Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Honolulu, HI)

Rivermark Bright Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Honolulu. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Investigate trends in resident services and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
