Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Honolulu, HI)

Silverline North Early Learning runs childcare centres in Honolulu caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in family communication and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on enrolment. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
