Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Hartford, CT)

Cedar West Care Services provides in-home and community support in Hartford. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in visit scheduling and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on client records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
