Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Hartford, CT)

Northwind Nest Manufacturing Group is a Hartford manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. You would join a large organisation of about 942 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in tooling and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on production lines. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
