Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Grand Rapids, MI)

Highbridge Haven Early Learning Group is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for tuition and subsidies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in tuition and subsidies and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on licensing records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
