Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Grand Rapids, MI)

Rivermark Rook Markets Group is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for promotions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 652 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in promotions and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
