Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Grand Rapids, MI)

We are growing our team at Summit Rook Manufacturing and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in work orders and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on tooling. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
