Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Grand Rapids, MI)

Fernwood Keystone Telecom is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for service installations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Investigate trends in service installations and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on outage reports. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
