Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Redstone West Legal Group and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in court deadlines and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on trust accounts. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
